I always copy my contacts to the memory card every month. You can easily restore them back if sync screws up. I hate having to delete 400 odd duplicates. Oh, sorry to here about your probs @arjun
I sympathise with your predicament -- did the same myself a couple of months back but Bloove hasn't let me down yet.
Why do sync apps get it wrong? Is it too hard to ASK which way you want to sync?

Contacts/Options/Mark ALL, then Options/Copy/To mass memory. It will then ask if you wish to remove all contacts on mass memory, say YES and all contacts should be copied (See E:/Others/Contacts).
If you then screw you contacts up by syncing you just select all contacts, delete and copy over from mass memory using Contacts/Options/Copy/From mass memory

sorry man ... I only suffered a massive duplication. Actually not really sure which is worse. I have my info, but it's unusable there.

just deleted my contacts from zyb and done sync to update the contacts in ZYB, But as i deleted them it deleted in the phonebook

then I tried to sync from MyNokia backup, then it has deleted all the contact which ZYB had deleted

Now the only hope left to me is Bloove, If it can sync in single direction from bloove to my mobile then there is a chance

In ZYB trash can I have 2500 contacts in them 409 to retrive

The method I mentioned above or below has been a saviour for me a few times, that and having 3 phones with the same contacts on it????
